Revenue Nomad provides go-to-market consulting and fractional operator services. We engage clients directly and may deliver services through vetted operators engaged as independent subcontractors. This Policy applies to operators, clients, and website visitors.

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. We collect information you submit when you create an account, complete a profile, request an introduction, submit a review, contact us, or otherwise use the Services.
- Account and profile information: name, email address, password, company name, role, and other profile details.
- Operator information: work history, professional experience, fit tags, verification materials, rates, availability, engagement preferences, and portfolio materials.
- Client information: company details, hiring needs, role requirements, intro requests, and matching preferences.
- Reviews and communications: ratings, narrative reviews, messages, support requests, and other content you send to us.
Information we generate. We may create derived information such as Reputation Index scores, fit-tag verification signals, and matching signals using profile information, verification status, review content, engagement activity, and other relevant platform signals.
Information collected automatically. We may collect usage data, pages viewed, feature interactions, search and filter activity, timestamps, device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Payment information. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Revenue Nomad does not store full payment-card numbers. We may retain limited billing and transaction records as needed for accounting, support, and legal purposes.
3. How We Use Information
- Create, operate, secure, and maintain accounts and the Services.
- Facilitate discovery, matching, introductions, and service delivery between clients and operators.
- Compute and display Reputation Index information, CORE reviews, fit tags, and related platform signals.
- Verify operator experience, credentials, and submitted materials.
- Process transactions, manage billing, and provide support.
- Communicate about accounts, transactions, service updates, and marketing where permitted.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and platform circumvention.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services and provide the requested experience.
- With clients and operators: operator profiles, fit tags, Reputation Index information, reviews, and intro-request information may be shared through the Services so participants can evaluate and deliver services.
- With service providers: providers that support hosting, cloud storage, product development, analytics, payment processing, communications, security, and customer support.
- For legal and safety reasons: when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Services.
- In connection with a business transfer: if Revenue Nomad is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Revenue Nomad does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information after account closure.
