Website Terms of Use

Revenue Nomad provides go-to-market consulting and fractional operator services. The Site lets prospective clients learn about and request operators, and lets operators present their experience for consideration.

Use of the Site is separate from any paid engagement. Client engagements are governed by the applicable client services agreement. Operator engagements are governed by the applicable Operator Subcontractor Agreement. If there is a conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the applicable services agreement controls for that paid relationship.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for safeguarding your account credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for violation of these Terms.

Operators may submit profile information, experience, specialization tags, and supporting materials. You represent that submitted information is accurate, not misleading, and may be submitted lawfully. “Verified” or “Expert” designations reflect Revenue Nomad’s review process at a point in time and are not guarantees.

The Site may display a Reputation Index, CORE reviews (Communication, Ownership, Results, Expertise), and fit tags. Scores and reviews are provided for informational purposes, may change as inputs change, and are not guarantees of future performance.

Users who submit reviews must base them on genuine experience and must not post false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content. Revenue Nomad may moderate, decline, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the platform and users.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
• Post false, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically collect Site data without written permission.
• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
• Use the Site to circumvent Revenue Nomad and engage an operator or client outside Revenue Nomad in violation of an applicable agreement.

The Site and its contents, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, Reputation Index methodology, fit-tag taxonomy, and CORE framework, are owned by Revenue Nomad or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Site for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Revenue Nomad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Revenue Nomad does not control and is not responsible for those third parties.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PROFILE, SCORE, OR REVIEW IS ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVENUE NOMAD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. REVENUE NOMAD’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR SITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

This limitation applies to Site use only. Liability under an applicable client services agreement or Operator Subcontractor Agreement is governed by that agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revenue Nomad from claims arising out of your use of the Site, content you submit, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new Last Updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you acknowledge the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes relating to the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, except where applicable law requires another forum.
