Acoustic was a PE carveout from IBM taking a business unit with two products to launch as a standalone business. I was tasked with building a global, layered Sales Development team from scratch in April of 2020.I built the hiring playbooks, KPIs, comp plans, operating rhythm and hired 15 reps in a 9 month period - 7 of which were promoted to AE in <12 months.

Worked with our PE operating partner to design, document, train, and implement a company-wide sales methodology. The new process resulted in average contract values increasing form $17k to $41k and reducing our average sales cycle from 119 days to 86 days.

Rebuilt a failing SDR team at Crimson Hexagon resulting in a 17% increase in meetings and a 224% increase in pipeline generation over a 9 month period. We eventually reached a point were 83% of company pipeline was SDR attributed (almost half of that pure outbound).
